How do I pay for the ordered products?
1. Bank transfer, with payment order
After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your order and an e-mail with the necessary payment details. After confirming the availability of the product / products ordered by our operator, respectively the confirmation and acceptance by you of the possible costs related to the delivery of the products, please pay the counter value of the products, transport services by bank transfer (payment order). The amounts are considered paid when the money enters the SPI account.

When completing the payment order, please specify your order number (mentioned in the order confirmation) or the number of the proforma for transport.
2. Cash payment when picking up the product from the warehouse of your choice.
After confirming the stock availability of the product ordered by you, at the chosen warehouse, you will be able to pay its value in cash at the warehouse cashier.
3. Payment by bank card when picking up the product from the warehouse of your choice.
After confirming the availability in stock of the product ordered by you, at the chosen warehouse, you will be able to pay its value by bank card at the cashier of the warehouse. For the moment, this service is available at SPI warehouses in Timișoara, Craiova, Roman, Chiajna, Cluj-Napoca and Sibiu. Bank cards accepted for payment are those issued under the Visa and Mastercard logo.
How do I get possession of the ordered products?
1. You can pick up the products ordered from SPI warehouses from:
Cluj-Napoca (headquarters)
Chiajna (Bucharest)
Timisoara
Craiova
Romanian
Sibiu
You will be able to pick up the ordered products directly from the chosen warehouse, immediately after you have been notified by the operator regarding the availability of the product in stock (by email or phone call). Since it is possible that the ordered product / products are available in a warehouse other than the one chosen by you, the term in which you can pick up the chosen product may vary between 1 and 10 working days.
The delivery term is calculated starting from the moment of telephone confirmation of your order or, in the case of orders paid by bank transfer (payment order), from the moment of receipt of the counter value of the products.
Our staff will give you all the assistance you need to load the products.
Products can be picked up from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 17:00, excluding Public Holidays.
2. We deliver the ordered products to you with our own means of transport
The products ordered by you can be delivered with SPI's own means of transport in the transport areas covered by them. Delivery is made to your home or to the nearest access point to your home. For objective reasons we cannot guarantee the delivery of products within the time frame requested by our customers. Establishing delivery details will be done by phone together with the delivery teams. It is your responsibility to ensure the necessary conditions for the safe unloading of the products.
Delivery is free in the towns where there are SPI warehouses: Cluj-Napoca, Chiajna (Bucharest), Sibiu, Timișoara, Craiova and Roman), for orders with a minimum value of 1000 lei including VAT.
For the transport of the products to other localities, a transport fee is paid as follows:
In the situation where you request the delivery of the products ordered by means of SPI means of transport in other localities than those where there are SPI warehouses, you will receive written information, by e-mail, regarding the cost of the transport service, which we ask you to -confirm it also in writing. The cost of the transport service will be paid in advance, and the delivery of the products will be made after receiving the cost of the transport service, respectively the cost of the products.
3. We ship your products by express courier service
For the delivery of the products by express courier, the payment method 1. Bank transfer, with payment order above, will be respected.
*Please discuss the possibility of sending the order by fast courier with our operator before paying. Some products cannot be sent by courier.
