Surface finish
Radik Klasik radiators are made in three main phases:
1. Preparation
steel surface - contains degreasing, phosphating and body washing
the radiator;
2. The application of the basic cataphoretic varnish- is used a
progressive immersion technology in a cataphoretic lake bath (KTL). The layer of
applied varnish is evenly distributed at the molecular level throughout the body
the radiator. The technology used is 4th generation. Mechanical properties
and final KTL paint chemicals are obtained in the drying oven. This phase
of the surface finish is decisive for the reliability and duration of
operation of the radiator;
3. Application of the final layer of paint: se
uses an epoxy-polyester paint sprayed evenly by robots.
After solidifying the paint in the oven, followed by cooling, the finishing process
of the radiator surface is completed.
The standard color is white
RAL 9016. Colored radiators selected from
the Korado color palette. To view the Korado color palette, please

Very important!
• Oxygen dissolved in
the water circulating through the radiator is particularly corrosive! For this reason, at
the execution of the heating installation will use materials that do not allow diffusion
oxygen.
• The radiators will not be installed in installations with an expansion tank
open or which are temporarily emptied. Dissolved oxygen is not allowed to exceed
the concentration of 0.1mg/l and the PH of the thermal agent must be between 8.5 -
9.5.
• To ensure optimal operating conditions and maximum efficiency
recommends mounting the radiators under the windows, symmetrically on their axis, keeping a
distance of 50-100 mm below the parapet and above the floor.
