RETURN / WITHDRAWAL POLICY

 

TERM FOR RETURN / WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS

 

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period applies to distance and off-premises contracts and expires after 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the product.

 

The purchased product can be returned / withdrawn only if it is in perfect condition (no bumps, scratches), including the packaging (even if it is unsealed or damaged), related accessories and bonus gift products, i.e. everything that was invoiced and shipped to you is returned , the products being returned in or together with the original packaging accompanied by the fiscal documents and the guarantee certificate, all in original, issued by SECPRAL PRO INSTALLATII (SPI), you to keep only one copy of them, when only one was sent product, and if more than one product was shipped under one invoice, the product will be returned together with a copy of the purchase invoice and also a copy of the warranty certificate.

 

This return policy does not apply if the payment to be made by the Consumer is less than the equivalent in lei of 10 euros at the daily rate of the BNR.

 

The counter value of the products will be returned using the same payment method used by you or to the bank account indicated by you within 14 days from the moment of receipt by our company of the returned products.

 

The consumer has the right to opt only once for the return / replacement of a product under the conditions of O.G. 34 / 2014. In all cases of product return / replacement, the shipping costs for the return / replacement are borne by you.

 

Returns are not accepted in the case of special products brought on a special order basis or due to non-compliance with conditions imposed by the manufacturer.

 

We do not undertake to accept or exchange the product if it is dirty, bumped, damaged or hung.

 

If you want to return a product, we ask you to notify us in advance, before the 14-day reception deadline, by means of a written notification ACCORDING TO THE MODEL in the APPENDIX at the end of this return / withdrawal policy or by an unequivocal statement , through the following means of communication:

 

- by email to the address: reclamatii@secpralpro.ro

 

- on paper, signed holographically and communicated by registered letter with confirmation of receipt and declared contents to the return / withdrawal address of the product.

 

- on paper, holographically signed by the consumer and submitted to one of the SPI offices (contact www.spishop.ro);

 

After registering the request, we will communicate the Confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal form by the method specified by you in the notification.

PARCEL RETURN / PICKUP ADDRESS

 

To return the products, you can opt for one of the following options:

 

- direct delivery to the SPI representative at one of the work points (contact www.spishop.ro)

 

- the same mode of transport as that used for delivery to you;

 

- shipping via a fast courier service;

 

The shipment of returned / withdrawn products is made by the consumer to the address: Cluj-Napoca, str. Vlad Țepeș, no. 2, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

 

RETURN / WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

 

The direct cost of returning / withdrawing / replacing the products falls on you. This includes the price of packaging, transport, handling and disassembly, when applicable, and the transport will be carried out in the same way as the product was sent to you.

 

Products can only be returned in their original packaging and unassembled.

 

In the event that the conditions specified in this Regulation and the provisions of GEO 34/2014 were not respected by the Consumer, SPI will inform the Consumer in writing and will send back at his expense the products not accepted for return.

 

EXCHANGE / RETURN / WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS ON ORDER

 

"Made-to-order product" means any item that has been customized according to the consumer's preferences (dimensions: length, width, height, surface material, etc.) according to art. 16 point C of O.G. 34 / 2014, and / or which were supplied by SPI based on the Consumer's firm request.

 

If the products are atypical, for example they have dimensions that do not appear in the price list and / or are brought to the consumer's order, whether they are customized or not, they can neither be returned nor exchanged because they were purchased specifically for your.

 

According to the legislation in force, the Consumer is informed of the fact that, if the product is to be returned and these products show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, mechanical shocks, hanging, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, missing copy of purchase document , SPI reserves the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, an amount that will be communicated after assessing the damage caused.

1.1. Here you find all the details about the orders placed: ID, Date, Amount, Payment Method, Status, Order Note and details (+ a "Repeat Order" button that helps you order the respective products again).

 

2. CREDIT NOTES

 

2.1. Here you can find the credit notes you received following the completed returns: Credit note, Issue date, Possibility to view the credit note and details about the Order.

 

3. RETURNED PRODUCTS

 

3.1. Here you will find the details of the returns made: Order, Return ID, Status, Issue Date and Return Form (if applicable).

 

 

 

How do I return a product?

 

To return a product you must fill in the form below according to the category you belong to.

 

 

 

Return / withdrawal form

 

1. For products purchased through the website, please go to Order History, select the order you want to return by pressing the "Details" button, and on the next page you will find a list of all the products related to the order.

1.1 Select by ticking the box next to the product / products you want to return and enter the quantity.

1.2 Provide an explanation for the reason for the return in the box below the product list and press the "REQUEST A RETURN" button.

1.3 In the Returned Products menu in the customer account, you can track the status of all returns.
